Incredibly friendly hotel with knowledgeable staff for an enjoyable stay. The rooms with a private balcony. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Quiet location to Lake Pupuke. Great way to end our new year.

The hotel property was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY with great location close to supermarket and shops, parks outside the door and damage to walls repaired.

Hotel overlooked the rear and the room was tidy. Really enjoyed TV set with satellite channels, central heating and a microwave in the room. The staff was courteous, I stayed for 3 nights.

The location was marvellous close to the beach. There was a nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. My room included central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. Its the rear view and pleasant staff were the key features!

We thoroughly enjoyed this well-maintained hotel and had a very comfortable time. The location was marvellous and the beach was close to the property. Moreover, the hotel was close to highway.
The hotel staff was not very welcoming.

Thank you for the excellent stay for 1 night word of mouth. The location it has really close to 3 concerts and 3 huge day festivals and a bakery is marvellous and absolutely perfect. You won't be disappointed if you stay in North Shore district. The queen studio is airy and has central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The bathroom is large, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are outstandingly accommodating.

The staff were incredibly nice, good and unbeatable location within walking distance of Takapuna shops. Tried some takeout specials at Shake Out Smales Farm, luckily it was not very far from the venue.

We appreciated staying here and would come here again. Exceptionally nice staff and favourable location near bus stop to Auckland, everything was good. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Takapuna shops, 3 concerts, and a bakery and takeaway. Had dinner at French Rendez-vous, set 20 mins away on foot.
